I think that all the newer firefox versions have a new add on that beats flash player by miles and has not given me any issues.OpenH264 Video Codec works well and buffer's a lot faster than flash video. Where is why it will use the adobe flash or shockwave flash players this is where the problem starts.And you really don't need to use the flash player to watch a video or movie on the web browser. With out an issue,This problem has been around since firefox 28 version and it still will cause an issue. Plugin-container.exe is the name of this problem.Most of use all ready know this but the ones that don't know it there is a way to disable this problem and still watch videos. This extra option that firefox has added is hindering firefox's speed and efficiency. I had tried all the other steps repeatedly.What most people don't realize is that there is a hidden option in firefox that is sucking up resources like CPU and RAM. The difference must have been the first step - resetting IE. Right-click FlashUtil10d.exe (you might have a different version), click the Compatibility tab and select "Run as Administrator." Click OK and run the program.

I followed the instructions posted here to install and run Microsoft's SubInACL program, and that error went away but it still wouldn't install. At first, I got an "unable to register" error. I also couldn't get Adobe Flash to install on a new Windows 7 computer.
